Q: Does this spa do acrylic nails?
A: We do not do acrylic nails. We offer all-natural nail services to keep fumes and dust out of the air and keep our clients and staff comfortable. If you have acrylic nails, please have them removed before you schedule any services with us. We don't have the means to remove them and will not be able to provide you with the service you booked. You may be required to pay our cancellation fee if you have scheduled in advance, since time was reserved for your service.
Q: Do you use water as a part of a manicure or pedicure?
A: We do! We provide hot towels for our manicures and for our pedicure we use pipeless stainless steel sinks to keep our workspace sanitary.
Q: What if my polish chips or peels after my manicure or pedicure?
A: We offer a 3 day guarantee for all of our manicures and pedicures. If you have any chips, lifting or peeling. Please call us right away, or send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have an chipping or lifting after 3 days, you will be charged for a reduced price for any adjustments and repairs.
Q: Do you create nail art or French tips?
A: We offer both! Just mention what you’d like at the time of booking, since there is an additonal charge for nail art or french tips.
Q: Do you offer paraffin treatments?
A: At this time we do not, but it may be available as an add on service in the future.
